Allow Team Managers to Add or Remove players

To allow Team Managers to add or remove players from their roster:

1. In the stats admin click on Leagues in the main menu
2. Click on the desired league
3. Click on the My(sport)Shift tab
4. Under "Team Managers can add or remove players" click Enabled

! Note - Players added by Team Managers are NOT asked to agree with any waiver documents.
